In Karachi, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.
For all other cities, delivery takes 4-5 working days depending on the destination and courier service.
Please note that working days do not include Sundays or public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary slightly due to courier delays or unexpected circumstances.

Order Processing:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with any fault, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Claims made after this period will not be entertained. To claim, please share clear photos or videos of the issue via WhatsApp.

Courier Responsibility:
Once your order is dispatched, it is in the care of the courier company. However, we will fully assist you in tracking or resolving any issues related to delivery delays or misrouted parcels.
