Below Refund & Exchange Policies are applicable only on orders placed directly through our website,
We will gladly exchange the products received by the customer in case of damages.
In case of any electric fault or working problem in products a complaint can be lodged at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, customers cannot forward any claims regarding our products.
If the complaint is lodged within a specified time limit, MGT TOYS’s representative will get in touch with the customer through WhatsApp to know about the problem and will guide online if the problem is due to some fixing error.
The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery I.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. Delivery charges will not be refunded in any case.
Refund or exchange on not liking the product after purchase will NOT be entertained. However, you can share the issues at email@example.com for your case to be reviewed.
Exchange will be made within 7 days if the product received is not identical to the product ordered on the website.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
